II. User of the Service, Conditions of Use
The user of the service (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer“) is any natural person or legal entity, or an organization without legal personality, aged 16 or above, to whom the Service Provider provides services through the use of means of distance communication as defined in the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses related to the information society, as specified in Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) (hereinafter referred to as the “Government Decree”). The Service Provider and the Customer shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “Contracting Parties” or the “Parties”.
By using the website and availing themselves of the services currently offered by the Service Provider (through registration or placing an order on the website), the Customer acknowledges and accepts all the terms and conditions set forth in these general terms and conditions.
III. Subject of the Service
The subject of the service includes all services currently available on the website, as well as related products (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “product”).
Orders for the product can only be placed electronically. The Service Provider does not accept orders placed by other means, including but not limited to phone, fax, or mail.
The Service Provider strives to ensure that the information regarding the product on the website (including but not limited to price, availability, description, etc.) is as accurate as possible. Obvious errors or system glitches resulting in a price of 0 or 1 HUF do not constitute an invitation to make an offer, except for gift items announced within the scope of promotions. The images displayed alongside the products are for illustration purposes. Any errors that may occur are subject to the provisions of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) and the Civil Code, regarding the responsibility of the Service Provider.
IV. Liability
The Service Provider declares that they shall not be held liable for:
any operational malfunction preventing the Customer from accessing the Service Provider’s website, connecting, or placing an order;
any damage caused by hardware or software malfunctions of the Customer’s computer or interruptions in internet connectivity.
V. Legal Statement
The content of the website, unless otherwise indicated, is the copyrighted and legally protected property of the Service Provider. The original content of the website, as well as any creative elements (such as text, images, audio, video, etc.), may only be used with the prior written permission of the Service Provider. However, any republication must comply with the provisions of applicable laws (including, in particular, the Civil Code, the Criminal Code, and Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright). Any reproduction and/or public disclosure, as well as any other use (including but not limited to duplication, public or closed database use, alteration of data for different purposes, etc.) of any element or content of the website, whether in whole or in part, whether online or in printed form, can only be done with the prior written permission of the Service Provider.
Nevertheless, the Service Provider reserves all rights regarding the distribution and other forms of use of the entire website or any part thereof. It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, disclose, modify, distribute, replicate, or otherwise use the website, any part thereof, or any of its components (such as products or services) for commercial or other purposes without the prior written consent of the Service Provider. In the case of authorized users, the user is required to attribute the direct author’s name, Livits Réka, as well as the website as the source.
The Service Provider also reserves all rights regarding the display, promotion, and distribution of all products found on the website, as well as any associated services and the legally used domain names and/or secondary domains. It is prohibited to reverse-engineer, decode, or establish user identification and passwords in an unfair manner, or to use any application that allows modification of the website or any of its parts.
Any violation of intellectual creations and copyright infringement entails legal consequences under the relevant laws (in particular, the Civil Code, the Criminal Code, and copyright laws). The Service Provider reserves the right to take immediate legal action, without prior notice to the infringer, in order to protect its rights and economic interests against any infringements. In addition, the Service Provider reserves the right to impose and demand a penalty, confirmed by a notarial certificate, in the amount of 250,000 HUF + VAT (daily two hundred fifty thousand forints), as well as the amount of value-added tax, for each unlawfully used page (e.g., copied, replicated, disclosed, etc.), in relation to the above-mentioned infringing use of the website, without the prior written permission of the Service Provider. By engaging in infringing behavior, the infringer explicitly and bindingly accepts the provisions of this penalty agreement. In addition to the penalty, the infringing user is obliged to reimburse the Service Provider for any other damages and costs resulting from the infringement.
VI. Other Provisions
Regarding cookies, newsletters, and data handling and processing, the provisions of the Data Processing Information shall apply.
The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for critical or other opinions expressed about the products, which in all cases reflect the views of the website visitors. However, the Service Provider is entitled to delete opinions or statements that violate public decency, the Service Provider’s business interests, or the law, at its own discretion.

In order to facilitate the simple, quick, and out-of-court settlement of disputes (consumer disputes) arising between the Customer and the Service Provider, the initiation of a conciliation proceeding may be initiated.
The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications shall become effective simultaneously with their appearance on the website.
Effective Date: from May 23, 2023, until revoked and/or modified.
