Although I have to confess that I have not yet delved deeply into Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie‘s work, after watching the video, I found this woman inspiring not only with her words, but with her whole being, her charisma, her way of showing up. This is why she inspired the drawing of the Role Model.
Determination, consistency, focus, commitment, persevering even in the face of difficulties—these are the qualities that the character of the Role Model embodies for me. Her work and actions bring about positive change in the world and in the lives of many people.
I would like to invite you to reflect on who your role model is.
Why have you picked this person?
What qualities do they embody, why and how do they inspire you?
It is also worth reflecting on how you are a role model for others.
What makes others look up to you, how do you inspire them?
Let's see where the Role Model is located in the system of Selves.
The Role Model’s Enneagram type is three, the Achiever.
Enneagram type threes are ambitious, persistent, confident, and exemplary, but they can also be competitive, vain, and obsessed with appearances and success.
The Role Model is located on the green level of spiral dynamics.
The important values of green are compassion, empathy, belonging to a community, and creating peace and harmony.
What does the Role Model mean to you?
