The Selves Cards do not only serve you in individual processes – you can use them with groups too.
Here is a ways how you can use the cards during training courses or team-building sessions:
Check-in / check-out circles: invite each person from the group to pick a card that reflects best how they feel at the moment. Make a round of sharing, taking care that one person speaks at a time, everyone has equal time to share and that participants listen to each other respectfully.
