This month’s character is the Nurterer.

The character of the Nurterer highlights that taking care of yourself is not a selfish pursuit, nor is it contrary to paying attention to the needs of others and taking an active role in the world. Recharging and taking care of your own needs is essential to being able to care for others.

How do you feel about this?

Are you able to stop for a moment, listen inwardly, and feel what would be good for you right now?

Do you consciously set aside time and attention to recharge?

What helps you recharge physically, mentally, and emotionally
